The perfect sales process
1. Our first appointment
During our first appointment we find out exactly what you would like to achieve with the sale of your house. We will give you our recommendations and an overview of the current market situation. This is our service to you, without any obligations.
Our tip: Please support our search by using our online request tool.
2. Viewing of your property
After our first appointment we will view your property. We create the property brochure, it contains the: size, asking price, special features, fine details of your property.
3. Handover of the documents
You provide us with the necessary documents such as the land register, cadastral map/land property map and the floor plan. Quite often these documents show us the hidden potential of your property.
4. Insight into the official register
At the building authorities we will take a look at the official register to confirm that alterations to the property have been properly certified. This will give you legal certainty during the sales process.
5. Placement of your property
Our discretion is very important at this point in time. Your upmarket property will not be offered through public channels. We will offer it to selected potential buyers only.
6. Appointments with potential buyers
We will support you during the sales process also by managing the visits of interested parties.
7. Support during the negotiations
Once a buyer has agreed to buy your property, we will discuss the contract and the official act. Our solicitors and lawyers will be there to explain the process and the details.
8. Sales agreement and Official act (Conveyancing)
We are there to help you when choosing the solicitors and lawyers. When the sales agreement /deed is ready to be signed we will accompany both parties to this meeting which can be very emotional.
9. Celebrating the final act
Properties connect us. That’s why we will celebrate the occasion together with you and the buyer.
